Column headings for Batch use

Notes

  1. The table can contain column heading lines. Any row that does not begin with a valid refType will be treated as a comment.
  2. The final column in the table must end with a $ symbol. This applies to all lines - including comment and heading lines. This requirement eases the data processing, and avoids an annoying quirk that sometimes happens when pasting from an Excel table.
  3. Any cell that could be interpreted by Excel as a number must be preceded with a tick symbol (') to indicate to Excel that it is a text entry.
